Instead, they enable the disputants to reach their own agreement on how to resolve the conflict, facilitating face-to-face discussion, dealing with the problem, and developing alternative solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Mediation and Coexistence Service<\/strong> aims to promote good relationships between the people who make up the educational community and to optimize relationships by facilitating a space for dialogue and listening to manage the coexistence difficulties that arise in the daily life of the centre.<\/p>\n<p>We offer an instrument that promotes the culture of peace, communication and non-violence, an optimal space for dialogue where people have the opportunity to express their difficulties of coexistence or their discomfort in the centre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mediation is the intervention of a neutral third party that helps opposing parties manage or solve their dispute or difficulty.
