The management policy that the center maintains and that guides our performance in coherence with the transformative strategy designed for the fulfilment of our purpose is defined as follows:
We consider learning as the achievement of both professional and personal skills, rather than the transmission of knowledge; skills which aim at satisfying our students’ training demands and expectations, and add value to their knowledge, professional competence and social responsibility, as well as facilitating their entry into the labour market. Our methodological choice is focused on learning and not on teaching. To this end, the deployment of the strategy development is approached from four dimensions:
-Technological
-People-oriented
-Oriented to preserving our planet
-Oriented to new organisations (smart organizations)
The centre promotes the professional development of its whole team by facilitating their access to training and promoting participation in strategic projects. It also guarantees the safety and health of its staff from a comprehensive perspective, encompassing physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.
To achieve our strategic objectives, we work in multi-skilled teams organized into the following ecosystems:
- Complexity Management
- Innovation and Digital Transformation
- Internationalization
- Sustainability
- Talent Management
- Personal and Professional Development
Collaboration with national and international companies is a fundamental tool for improving the skills of our students, as well as our teaching staff. Furthermore, it represents a great opportunity to create synergies and collaborative projects in the search of technical and training solutions.
In relation to the importance of a good environmental management, we are determined to minimize the impact of our activity on the environment and to promote sustainable development in our society. For this reason, and as evidence of our commitment to environmental protection, our school has established Sustainable Development as a strategic line, which includes minimizing our environmental impact. We seek continuous improvement in the environmental field beyond compliance with legislation by identifying and evaluating environmental aspects related to our activities, products, services, and their provision, and establishing programs for those deemed significant. The information, awareness-raising, and training on environmental matters for our stakeholders also demonstrate the entity’s environmental commitment, as well as the commitment made to achieving the SDGs.
Likewise, the centre has defined quality and continuous improvement as a fundamental part of its policy and strategy and to this end, an Integrated Process Management System has been adopted that ensures the improvement of its effectiveness, as well as the performance of its areas of action.
This policy is reviewed periodically to ensure its compliance with regulatory requirements, stakeholder needs, and evolving educational and professional environments.
